We provide a personal and bespoke facility for people looking to invest in themselves, in addition to offering experienced trainers that are dedicated to helping you to achieve your fitness goals in a private and comfortable environment.

What are your Opening Hours?

BSPK FITNESS is open daily from 6am to 10pm.

Our extended hours cater to individuals with various schedules, allowing for flexibility in workout times. Whether you prefer an early morning workout before heading to work or a late evening session after a long day, we strive to provide a convenient and accessible fitness facility for all our members.

Question 4

What is the gym capacity?

When booking the entire gym floor space, you can bring up to 3 additional people to train alongside you within your hour slot.
If you have booked the shared gym floor space or are training with a PT using the shared space, there would be one additional client and possibly one additional PT within the same 1hr slot.

Please note that The Treatment Room might also be in use during your slot but this will not impact your use of the gym.

Are there drinking water facilities on site?

Absolutely, we have a water cooler available for your use. Please bring a water bottle with you that you can fill.

Question 6

How often is the studio cleaned?

Accepted Answer

A deep clean is carried out every day. We also ask individuals using the space that they wipe down the equipment after use in order to ensure it is ready for the next client.

Question 7

Do you have shower facilities?

Accepted Answer

We have a unisex toilet  and shower room with plenty of space to get changed in. We have provided a hand dryer and also a hair dryer for your use. Feel free to use the shower/toilet facilities once you have finished your session. We allow 15 minutes for you to have a shower/get changed so that it doesn't impact the next person after you.

What are the closest transport links to the studio?

West Ealing station is a 5 minute walk from BSPK Fitness.
The nearest bus stops are located on the Uxbridge Road, Drayton Green Road and Northfield Avenue, with the 207, 483, SL8, E2, E3, E7, E8 and E11 busses all stopping within a few minutes walk of our door.
